A website is not finished when it launches. Plugins need updating, backups need checking, and the law changes. This is what keeps your site working, safe and current, so you never have to think about it.

Care packages are billed monthly with a 12 month commitment. Unused change time does not roll over to the next month. We record time in 30 minute blocks.

The bits worth knowing before you commit
- Paying upfront: 50% when you accept the proposal, which confirms your booking and is non refundable, and the balance when we finish or four weeks later, whichever comes first. Your site goes live once the balance is paid.
- Paying monthly: no deposit. Your first monthly payment starts the work. Monthly plans run for 12 months and include your care package for that first year, then continue as care only at the rate shown.
- Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
- Changes after sign off: we build from one agreed design. Changes to the brief after that are charged at our standard rate, which we will always quote before starting.
- Your content: we will ask for your words and images up front. If we are still waiting after four weeks, the balance becomes due, and we will pick the build back up as soon as everything arrives.
- Your website is yours once it is paid for in full, and we will move it to another provider if you ever want to leave.
